Insert Image Instructions

1． Run ilabel.exe or select the Windows->Start->ilabel to start the label expert program，and select “File->new” in menu, or click . select a template on “select template” window, then click “OK”, and begin to design label.


2． select “Insert->Images” in menu, or click , hold down the left mouse button, drag the mouse, and have a circular image.


3． The “insert images” window appears, locate and select a personal image, click “OK”.
Note: “Format” have three styles:
No1.“Align with the border”, the size of image is the same as the size of circular, Image is not in accordance with the proportion of image when circular is changed, image may be deformed.
No.2 “Original Size”, Image is shown with original size, if the size of circular is smaller than original size, and image shows part.
No.3 “Change in border and not deformation”, image is changed according to ratio of the original size, and the size of image is changed according to the size of the circular.
Link method”, the default method is “ selected file”, if the data file don't be opened, “link data” is closed.


4． Click “Print preview”, Figure, the images in each label are same.


5． Select “ data->new” in menu , or click , new a data file.


6． Input the file name on the “new catalog” window, such as “ sample”, click”open”.


7． Input “picture” in the upper left corner on ”Make Field Name” window, click “add” and “ok”.


8． The cursor is placed at A on the “data manage” window, click”F4” key on your keyboard.


9． The “insert images” window appears, locate and select a personal image, click “OK”.


10． The path of that select image is recorded in the data file.


11． Click “ Add new”, repeat the above operation, input the paths of other images.


12．select “Insert->Images” in menu, or click , hold down the left mouse button, drag the mouse, and have a circular image. The “insert images” window appears, select the “link data”, click the drop-down arrow, select field name, such as “picture”, click “Ok”.
