Print Setup Introductions

1． There are 4 kinds of printing methods, now introduce them according to a label file with the data file. First, click “Print”, and input “2” at “Print Number”, select “111,222,333…” at “Print Sequence”, click “ Preview”.


2． Print preview as shown, there are 3 record (ABC) in the data file, the print sequence is AABBCC.


3． Second, select “123,123,123…” at “Print Sequence”, Click “Preview”.


4． Print preview as shown, the print sequence is ABCABC.


5． Third, if “Print Number” is 1 and select “ Using Print Number” as shown in Figure <a>. At the same time, you change the value of “Print Number” of “ List Manage” as shown in Figure <b>. the “Print Number” of A is changed to 3, the other two remain unchanged. Close the “List Manage” window and click “Print preview”.


6． Print preview as shown, the print sequence is AAABC.


7． Fourth, select “Range of Print” and input from “1” to “2” as shown, and input “1” at “Print Number”, select “111,222,333…” at “Print Sequence”, click “ Preview”.


8． Print preview as shown, the print sequence is AB. And there is C as the “Range of Print” is from 1 to 2 the data record.


9． If some labels of A4 are used , and the rest of labels can be printed, select the first rest of label at “Begin Print” dialog box , in the “pieces setup” window. Select the fourth label and click “Preview”.


10． Print preview as shown in Figure, the three labels is blank, the first data appears on the fourth label.


11． Print margins can be changed in the “Margin Setup” dialog box. Because the margins of each printer settings aren’t the same, and there is deflection of label printing. You can adjust it by three methods.
First, select “Setup Automatically” as shown in Figure <e> to adjust the margins.
Second, print a A4 paper to test the margins of the printer by using “Test Margin”. The values tested are entered in the top border in Figure <a> and the left border in Figure <b>, and cancel the “Setup Automatically” in Figure <e>.
Third, cancel the “Setup Automatically” in Figure <e>, change the values of the top border in Figure <a> and the left border in Figure <b>. If the values of the top border is increased by 1, and the content of label are moved up 1 mm, if the values of the left border is increased by 1, and the content of label are moved left 1 mm. For example, if the value of the top border is changed from 4 to 2.5, and the value of the left border is changed from 4 to 5.1, then the content of label are move down 1.5 mm and left 1.1 mm.
Note: if change the value of the top border many times, in any case, the content of label always move up the border of paper, then and the feed paper roller must be cleaned to prevent skidding of the roller.


12． If open or new a label file without a data file, click “Print”, there are 2 kinds of printing methods as shown in Figure, the value of “Number of label” is the number of label printed, the value of “Number of Paper” is the number of paper printed. Select “Number of paper”, enter by 1, click “Preview”.


13． Print preview as shown in Figure, the all labels of the paper are same.


14． Select the “Number of Label” and enter by 5, click “Preview”.


15． Print preview as shown in Figure, only 5 labels are printed.
